Velocity Systems VS-PBZ ballistic armor plates. Not NIJ rated, estimated to be in the level III/ III+ territory
Ultra thin and light SPEAR style plates, issued primarily to SOF. These are thinner and higher performing than standard SAPIs, closer to ESAPI performance. These have passed tap and torque inspection.
In-Conjuction-With (ICW) These plates must be placed in front of IIIA soft armor to perform properly.

ITAR RESTRICTION
This item is ITAR restricted and we generally cannot ship it outside of the United States.
ITAR exceptions are possible for certain items for countries such as Canada, Australia and the U.K. Customs fees are likely to apply for most international orders, which you may be billed for by your governments customs agency.
Level 4 plates cannot be shipped internationally, and level III or III+ plates may require additional exporter fees, which will be invoiced to you. Orders will be cancelled and refunded if you choose not to pay the export fee. Ordered items must abide by your local laws and regulations.
