Soldier Plate Carrier System (SPCS) also known as the KDH Magnum Tac-1.
This is the predecessor to the MSV and IOTV Gen 4 vest, and is regarded as one of the best body armor vests/ plate carriers made, considered by some to be superior to newer issued vests.
This includes the vest with side plate pouches and front, rear and plate pocket soft armor inserts. 4 inserts total.

This product includes ballistic soft armor.
Plate carriers such as this are compatible with ballistic plates of matching size, i.e. a size medium vest will generally work best with size medium plates. For vests that include soft armor, ICW plates can be used to minimize weight.
