Soldier Plate Carrier System, also known as the KDH Magnum Tac-1.
This is the predecessor to the MSV and IOTV Gen 4 vest, and is regarded as one of the best body armor vests/ plate carriers available.
Includes the Complete vest with side plate pockets, front, rear and cummerbund IIIA armor inserts.
Original SPCS side plate armor inserts are available as an option for $90, although aftermarket armor inserts are also available: ESBI Soft Armor Insert

This product includes ballistic soft armor.
Plate carriers such as this are compatible with ballistic plates of matching size, i.e. a size medium vest will generally work best with size medium plates. For vests that include soft armor, ICW plates can be used to minimize weight.
